This site is operated by Bull Nutrition, Montreal, QC, Canada. For anything about your personal information, write to info@bullnutrition.com.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought.
When you write to us or apply through a form: what you enter in the form.
Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never reach our servers.
How we use it
To process, ship and support your orders, to answer your messages and applications, to prevent fraud, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it for us
Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Neon (our order database) and our email provider. Each handles data only to provide its service to us. Some of these providers store data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Messages and applications are kept as long as needed to answer them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@bullnutrition.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information.
