Contact us at orders@bullnutrition.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the name on the order. We look into every request and tell you exactly how to return the product.
What can be returned
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of the date you received them. You are refunded the product price, less any shipping costs we paid on the order. There is no restocking fee.
For safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned, except in the case of a lot recall.
Clearance and discounted items are final sale.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service: we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and is inspected, the refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
